At The Leader Team mentorship program, mentees are being taught a lot of business and leadership principles, which when applied, will support a successful start-up.

Most of our mentees already have businesses they are running which enables them to implement these principles immediately, while a few others have business skills, but have not been able to start for different reasons.

The Leader Team mentorship program is designed to enable us see them through their journey to the next level of success in business. For these individuals we have provided asset transfers in order for them to have the supplies they need to get their business started. This is to enable them practice all they are being taught, and to watch them practically grow in business along with the others who are already working.

Ever since we established some of the mentees, we have seen remarkable progress. Through mentorship they have been given the principles needed to succeed at starting their new venture and we are excited for what the future holds for them!

However, this is just something to get them started. At the end of the mentorship, every mentee will write a business plan including in it their benchmark, financial plan, SWOT analysis and more. This will determine how much grant money each person receives at the end to enable them scale up their mission and vision.
