It has been a great privilege learning Strategic Planning from one of our international mentors, Alonzo William.

Alonzo has worked as an Information Systems Implementation Manager for a Fortune 500 company and was able to build a business - Zerion360 which he sold out in 2021. During our session with Alonzo, we learned what strategic planning in business means, its importance and how to go about it. The first thing he mentioned was the importance of a VISION. He said it is crucial to know the vision, and to know how to communicate it properly. Vision is usually the reason for going into business, it is the “WHY” for doing business.

At the course of the class, mentees had lots of questions, and were able to get answers that we believe will help them in their entrepreneurial and even life’s journey.
