Mentorship Program Begins!

The Leader Team is happy to have our NEW mentees participate in the first stage of training with orientation and week one completed!

At the orientation, mentees began building relationships with one another, learning our core values and culture at The Leader Team and discovering everything to expect within the next seven months.

Our mentees are set to begin this journey of coaching and learning from global and local business and entrepreneurial leaders on how to navigate the business space, grow leadership skills and hold tightly to their guiding principles. They are ready to learn values that will not only bring them success but also help them lead well with integrity!

Our mentees are made up of two different categories: people struggling to find work and provide for their families and small business owners who desire to take the next step of growth in order to empower more Nigerians with sustainable long-term incomes for their families.

With unemployment increasing in Nigeria, having people create jobs for themselves and others, will help impact lives and improve the nation as a whole. Over the next few months, The Leader Team will see that these mentees are equipped to start, grow and expand their business, impacting their own family and creating a ripple effecting into their communities.

We believe that if people are able to earn a better living wage or able to help others earn a living wage by providing employment opportunities, Nigeria would have more people eating well, more children in schools, cleaner water and better medical treatment. This impacts families and generations to come.
