Our mission at The Leader Team is to build communities by empowering leaders and creating jobs in Nigeria. Our passion is to build lasting relationships with our mentors, mentees and other partners. As part of our work, we visit mentees to let them know that we care about them and have a vested interest in their business success.

Our mentorship program is designed to empower people making below a living wage to start and grow their small businesses to better support their families and surrounding communities.
