Ending The Circle Of Poverty
As long as poverty exists for one, it exists for all.
Nigeria has been described to be the ‘poverty capital of the world’ with at least 133 million Nigerians, representing 63 per cent of the population currently living in multidimensional abject poverty. (multidimensional poverty covers deprivations such as poor health, lack of education, inadequate living standards, and living in environmentally hazardous areas - Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative).
For decades, poverty has been on the rise in Nigeria. There have been many causes to this, with poor leadership topping the chart. There is however no doubt that the solution to generational poverty in the country is directly linked to empowering leaders of integrity and creating long-term sustainable jobs for all.
If business leaders, community leaders and politicians are empowered with principles of integrity and business leaders equipped with the training and resources needed for sustainable job creation we would finally start making progress in ending the cycle of poverty.
Our work in Nigeria helps us empower leaders for positive change. We train business leaders with principles such as Core Values, SWOT, Marketing, Overcoming Obstacles in Business, Financial Management Growth Strategy, Strategic Plan, Social Impact, etc.
We train and support for-profit businesses as well, who want to increase their social impact bottom line. we also support and collaborate with other organisations and NGOs doing good work in Nigeria.
