2024 Mentorship Program Graduates
After seven months of mentorship and coaching, we were excited to graduate 19 business leaders. They worked really hard in the program and have grown in a lot of ways. They were diligent, and consistent with their growth process.
One of the graduates Aminu Sadiq said “ I can’t believe the program has ended, I wish it will continue but I am glad we are not being graduated out of the program, but into the program as The Leader Team will always be a part of my life and business”.

Another graduate Priscilla said “ This season has ended and my business will never remain the same again. I have two staff at the moment and I know my business will grow to a point of having several branches and more staff”.
Jumai, a fashion designer who was the oldest woman in the program said “I will miss everything about this program, the leaders, and my fellow classmates. My life will never remain the same again after this program.” Jumai has just elementary education, and can barely read or write but showed strong dedication to the program. She found ways to cope with the curriculum, do her assignments and work with her team. We are excited to see that her business and her impact in her community will grow.

At The Leader Team, we do not graduate people out of the program, instead we graduate them into the program. This means that we will continue to mentor and sustain the relationships we have built with all our graduates.
As we prepare for the coming year, we are anticipate the journey ahead, as we prepare to meet new business owners in 2025. We wish every graduate all the very best in their endeavours.
