Kris Den Beston.

Kris DenBesten currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Vermeer Southeast, a construction equipment company headquartered in Orlando, Florida. Under his leadership, the company has experienced growth in annual sales to more than $150 million and has successfully transitioned to a 100 percent employee-owned ESOP organization.

Kris has written three books on leadership, facing crisis, and living by faith. He is a down-to-earth, from-the-heart communicator who effectively connects with all audiences. Kris shares his message of hope and Christ’s empowerment as he encourages others to join in the marketplace ministry movement.

Kris is a director of Jobs Partnership a non-profit organization that prepares people for life and work using Biblical principles. He and his wife, Robin, live in central Florida, and have three grown children: Cole, Gracyn, and Brooks.
