Meet Our Team Leaders

In preparation of our 2023 mentorship program launching in March, we have added four graduate mentees from 2022 to join the program leadership team. These four, among several incredible graduates, showed exemplary understanding of The Leader Team’s core values, commitment to excellence, humility in growth, continued spirit of curiosity for learning, and passion for integrity. We are honored to bring in the new mentees under their very strong leadership!

Eriti, Deborah, Linus and David will not only serve the new mentees as Team Leaders, they will continue to get mentorship and support for their businesses.

These leaders will be assisting Blessing, our Program Manager, to prepare for classes. They will be responsible for leading 5-6 new mentees in a small group setting, where they will assist with class work, team building, class expectations and group assignments. Team Leaders do not give answers to mentee’s problems. Instead, they coach them towards figuring out the answers themselves.

Their wide range of business background and previous experience in class will help guide the new mentees to get the fullest this program has to offer.
